Starting a Giveaway

Initiate a giveaway by using the /giveaway start command along with the following options:

• Prize: Specify the name of the prize for your giveaway.

• Winners: Determine the number of winners to be selected.

• Duration: Set the duration for the giveaway.

• Required Role: Identify the role users must have to enter the giveaway.

• Blacklist Enable: Turns on blacklist role usage (set up in /settings).

• Description: Provide a detailed description of your giveaway.

• Channel: Choose the channel for posting the giveaway. If not specified, the giveaway will be posted in the channel where the command is executed.

• Image: Add an image to enhance your giveaway's appeal (available for PREMIUM users only).

Rerolling a Giveaway Winner

To select a new winner for your giveaway, utilize the command /giveaway reroll. This command requires the giveaway's Message ID. Follow the steps provided in the accompanying guideline to locate the Message ID.

A winner must've already been drawn in order to reroll a giveaway.

Developer Mode must be enabled on your discord client to see the "Copy Message ID" option. Learn more.

Ending a Giveaway Early

To end a giveaway before its scheduled conclusion, execute the command /giveaway end. This will immediately determine and announce a winner. Ensure you have the giveaway's Message ID on hand, which is essential for this operation.

Cancelling a Giveaway

Directly deleting the giveaway message from Arki does not effectively cancel the giveaway. Use the command /giveaway delete for a comprehensive cancellation process. This action requires the giveaway's Message ID, accessible through previously outlined steps.
