You may opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us by using the opt-out instructions provided in such communications.
You may disable Arki’s access to your discord information by revoking Arki’s permissions in Discord (and not being in any mutual servers with Arki).
You may delete any data related to you that is currently stored by Arki by running the /manage-data command or contacting us.
For the integrity and security of Arki, specific information (such as blacklist information) may not be deleted.
We will retain your personal information for the duration necessary to offer Arki services and fulfill our legal responsibilities.
We implement diligent safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
Arki is exclusively designed for individuals aged 13 years or above, or as determined by the minimum age requirement in their local jurisdiction. We actively refrain from collecting information from individuals below this age limit.
