By using the service, you grant Arki a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and transferable license to use, copy, modify, distribute and display your content in connection with the service.

Intellectual Property

Arki is owned and operated by Zyllo Inc. The service, including all software, code, designs, graphics and other content is the property of Zyllo Inc and is protected by Intellectual property laws. Arki’s name and logo are trademarks of Zyllo Inc. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

Account Termination

Arki may terminate or suspend your access to this service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you will not be permitted to continue using the service . If terminated or suspended, you agree that you will continue to abide by our generalized provinces, such as our limitation of liability, indemnification or governing law sections.

Account Suspension

In the event you commit a minor offense against our ToS or general guidelines that does not constitute for an account termination, your account may be temporarily terminated (suspended). If your account is suspended, you agree to continue to follow our Terms of Service while the suspension is in effect.

Service Reselling

Under no circumstances are you permitted to resell our services and products. This may include, but is not limited to, teaser videos, teaser images, announcements, premium and other subscriptions/upgrades offered by Arki.

Arki reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice. We also reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Your continued use of the service after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.

Entire agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Arki regarding the use of our service. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. If other versions of this agreement exist in other languages, you also agree that the English version of this agreement will always prevail in case of a dispute.
