This document was last updated on 26/01/2024. We recommend you read it every few months to ensure your continued compliance with the agreement.

Welcome to Arki™ (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This policy (“Agreement”, “policy”, “BAP” or “Beta Access Policy”) explains the user & server requirements, the risks involved and more in regards to Arki Beta.

Agreement to this policy

By applying for the Arki Beta Access Program via our Program Application Form, you agree that you and your server meet the requirements outlined and the risks involved with Arki Beta. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue your use of Arki Beta (by removing it from all servers you own or are admin in) and request that you are removed from the program.

Server Requirements

By joining, apply for or being a member of the Beta Access Program, you agree that your server meets the following requirements;

• Must not have received a blacklist from Arki in the past 6 months.

• You must monitor your members. In the event they find a bug, it is your responsibility to ensure they do not abuse it and report it to the Arki Team.

• Already have the main bot (Arki) in and set up on the server.

• You must be one of the accepted server types, listed below.

Accepted servers

In order to join the program, your server must be one of the following:

• Private Test Server

• Respectable Community Server

• Advertisement Server

• Technology & Hosting Server

• Any server with an active and engaged community

• Any server with over 500 members

Other discord bot server owners/community servers are not allowed to be accepted into the program. This does include multi-business communities that are developing or running a discord bot through their community.

User Requirements

If your server joins/is a member of the Arki Beta Access Program, or you apply for it, you agree that you meet the following requirements;

• Must be the owner of the server in question.

• Must not have received any type of blacklist in the past 3 months.

• Must not have received any blacklist for a major incident in the past 12 months.

Risks Involved

Like any Beta version, Arki Beta has a number of risks involved with it that could affect your server and you, as well as any data linked to either.

• Arki is a pre-release version that is likely to contain errors, bugs and other issues that could impact Arki Beta’s functionality and performance.

• As Arki Beta is a pre-release function, it is more prone to security risks and data corruption.

Limitation of Liability

Use of Arki Beta is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage, loss or harm that may arise from its use.

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or any other damages arising from or in connection with the use of Arki Beta.

• We are not responsible for any loss of data, information, revenue or business opportunities resulting from the use of Arki Beta.

Warranty

• Arki Beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranty, expressed or implied.

• We do not warrant that Arki Beta will be error-free, secure or will meet your specific needs/requirements.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any information or content provided by Arki Beta.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of Arki Beta or any violation of this agreement.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Arki Beta if you violate this agreement, misuse Arki Beta or violate any of our other agreements. You may choose to exit the program at any time by contacting us and discontinuing your use of Arki Beta.

Changes this agreement

We may update or modify this agreement at any time. All changes will be effective upon posting the revised document. Continued use of Arki Beta after the changes are made implies your acceptance of the modified agreement.

Terms of Use

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and legal obligations while using Arki Beta. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate or modify Arki Beta, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.
